AB Unlike  most  of  the  other  chapters,  this  chapter  on  physical  exam  contains  mostly  commands  for  body  positioning,  as  well  as  instructions  to  patients  for  the  purpose  of  specific  testing  and  explanations  as  to  what  to  expect  with  specific  exams  or  maneuvers.  This  section  will  be  quite  useful  to  many  people  during  the  patient  encounter,  including  the  health  care  provider  during  the  actual  physical  exam,  nurses  and  medical  assistants  preparing  patients  for  specific  exams  (e.g.,  gynecologic),  and  radiology  technicians  positioning  patients  for  testing.
