Examination and Evaluation

Monitor any new or increased skin reactions at the site of application, including pain, inflammation, irritation, bleeding, burning, swelling, exfoliation, and rash. Report severe or prolonged skin reactions to the physician.

Contraindications/Precautions

Contraindicated in: Not to be used for urethral, intra-vaginal, cervical, rectal, or intra-anal human papilloma viral disease or on open wounds.

Use Cautiously in: Safe and effective use in immunosuppressed patients has not been established; OB: Use during pregnancy only if potential maternal benefit justifies potential risk to the fetus; Pedi: Safe and effective use in patients <18 yr has not been established.
